Step one

login to your account

  • Visit www.oolalife.com

  • Click on the person icon in the upper right

  • Login with your username and password credentials.

  • Once logged in, you will have access to Oola Moola Rewards, Back Office for all business and organizational metrics, Order History, Subscription Orders, Oola Programs, Account Settings, and Your Personal Links for sharing.

Step two

Accessing Your Personal Oola Links

Locate and save your personal Ambassador Referral Link (and quiz links). These are the links you will use when sharing Oola. Once you're logged in, you will see “My Links” on the left hand side of the page.

My Referral Links

This is your personal Oola website link to use when helping people get started with Oola. This link also serves as your personal COUPON link for all new customers. Each time someone orders $90 or more in product from your website, they will automatically receive $10 OFF their order, and in return, you will receive $10 in Oola Moola that can be used on your orders.

To edit your Referral Link: visit Account Settings after logging into your account, scroll down to “My Website Referral Link”, and click edit.

Free Life Balance Assessment link

The Free Life Balance Assessment is a great lead magnet that gets people thinking about how stress could be impacting the 7 key areas of their life (Fitness, Finance, Family, Field/Career, Faith, Family, and Friends).  This is a fun quiz that introduces someone to Oola's Digital Lifestyle Framework Program.  Test it for yourself so you can see how it works.  You will receive an email notification each time someone completes your quiz.  Be sure to follow up with them!

On your replicated site, click Shop, then Shop All, and copy and paste the link.

*You should see your username at the end of the web address being shared.

Sharing a Pre-built Recommended Cart

  • First, login to your account and then click on “Logout” next to the person icon in the upper right. That ensures the cart you build is linked to you while giving you the different pricing options for your new customer. If you are still logged in, you will see preferred pricing (lower pricing option) only. So, be sure to click on “logout.”

  • Now, click on “shop” and add the products you are recommending for the customer to the cart. You should see your username in the web address bar while building the cart.  

  • Once the cart is built, click on check out. You should still see your name in the web address bar.  

  • Now, copy and paste this link with the cart to your customer. They can then enter their information and complete their order.

*Please note: When your Customer, Affiliate, or Ambassador is checking out, they will see your name at the top of the screen next to “Referred By.” You can test this to ensure it’s working before sending the link. Remind the customer of this before they checkout to ensure they are direct to you.  Once they place their order, you will soon see their name populated in your Back Office under the Organization tab.
